Hands Library is looking for talented artist to enter into our Spring Time Art
Work Competition. Draw, Paint or Collage your favourite things about spring to
win. All entries are to be submitted to the Library building located 53
Virginia Ave. Maddington. Entry date close 26st September 2015.
Winners will be notified through phone calls and emails.
